  • Meguid and his students won many international awards; including the highly acclaimed Innovation Award with his PhD student J. Wernik on nanocomposites by ASME in November 2008 in Boston.
  • Meguid and his students had also participated in the final selection for a number of prestigious awards, including the Governor General's Gold Medal awarded by the Governor General of Canada in 2018 and John Charles Polanyi Prize awarded by the Government of the Province of Ontario in 2016.
